Job summary

KDC/ONE in New Albany, OH is seeking a Warehouse Clerk/Material Control Coordinator on multiple shifts to ensure inventory accuracy and smooth workflow between production, warehouse, and transportation.

You will manage SAP transactions, operate PIT equipment, coordinate pick lists and shipments, and train forklift operators while upholding GMP/OSHA standards. This role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and proactive mindset.
• Prior experience with powered industrial equipment in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
• HazMat certification is a plus.
• GMPs, OSHA, DOT, and EPA regulations preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and wear required PPE.

Responsibilities

• Operating and overseeing PIT equipment (forklifts, turret trucks, etc.).
• Coordinating pick lists, shipments, and material returns.
• Reconciling inventory and processing transactions in SAP.
• Issuing labels and staging materials for production.
• Scheduling inbound/outbound deliveries and managing documentation.
• Auditing inventory and resolving discrepancies.
• Acting as the SAP subject matter expert and trainer for forklift operators.
