Job summary

Kdc/one in Columbus, OH is seeking a Material Control Coordinator on the 3rd shift (Mon-Fri, 10:30 pm–7:00 am). You will supervise forklift operators, manage receiving, staging, inventory reconciliation in SAP, and support production with accurate material flow and labeling.

This hands-on role requires a high school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience), experience with powered equipment, SAP familiarity, and HazMat certification a plus.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED equivalent highly preferred; experience considered in lieu of diploma.
• Prior experience operating powered industrial equipment in a warehouse/manufacturing setting.
• SAP experience preferred.
• HazMat certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operates PIT equipment including various forklifts within safety requirements.
• Supervises forklift operators and coordinates pick lists with production schedules.
• Verifies material transfer orders and reconciles inventory in SAP.
• Performs physical inventories and resolves discrepancies.
• Issues labels and coordinates pallet setup and locations.
• Coordinates inbound/outbound shipments and prepares required documents.
• Maintains IRA > 98% and ensures on-time, accurate receipts and shipments.
