Job summary

Watches of Switzerland Group PLC is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support daily logistics operations across U.S. divisions. You will coordinate shipments, manage carrier relationships, and prepare operational reporting to ensure timely delivery of client purchases with high service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum two-year college degree in Business or relevant field experience.
• Strong problem-solving and organization skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work retail operating hours, some remote work may be required.
• Luxury retail experience and luxury watch/jewelry brand knowledge is preferred.
• Experience with logistics and fraud prevention is preferred.

Responsibilities

Job Purpose

The Logistics Coordinator supports daily logistics operations across U.S. business divisions by coordinating shipments, maintaining carrier relationships, preparing operational reporting, resolving shipping issues, and supporting continuous process improvement initiatives. This role supports cross-functional programs and operational initiatives, including the insurance claim replacement program, and helps ensure the secure, efficient, and timely movement of client purchases while delivering a high standard of internal and customer service. Flexibility to support business needs is expected, including occasional meetings or activities outside of standard business hours when required.
