Job summary

PNG Worldwide is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support domestic transportation operations, focusing on LTL and truckload movements. You will coordinate shipments, communicate with customers and carriers, and monitor activity to ensure timely delivery.

Ideal candidates have experience in trucking, freight brokerage, dispatch, or carrier operations, with strong organizational and communication skills for a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in LTL transportation, truckload operations, dispatch, or freight brokerage preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills are required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate LTL and truckload shipments from pickup through final delivery.
• Communicate with customers, carriers, and vendors regarding shipment status and service requirements.
• Monitor shipment activity and address delays, service failures, and transportation issues.
• Utilize the MyPNGLC Transportation Management System (TMS) to manage freight operations and maintain records.
• Work with carrier partners to secure capacity and support transportation requirements.
• Manage multiple shipments and customer accounts simultaneously.
• Ensure compliance with customer-specific procedures and transportation requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and service performance.
• Support daily transportation planning and execution activities.
