Job summary

PS Seasoning is seeking a Transportation Coordinator to support inbound and outbound supply chain operations in a fast-paced environment with room for growth.

You will plan outbound LTL and truckload shipments, ensure timely pickups, and prepare documentation such as ASNs or customs paperwork, while advocating for customers to ensure efficient delivery. In-person work is required; remote work is not offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years in Transportation and Logistics strongly preferred.
• Degree in Transportation and Logistics can substitute for experience.
• Ability to write standard operating procedures and work instructions with process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Supports warehouse team with outbound LTL & truckload planning.
• Ensure timely pickup of freight and submission of required docs (ASNs, customs).
• Communicate professionally to advocate for customers and ensure efficient delivery.
• Assist with special projects and continual improvements as directed by leadership.
• Address inquiries from account management on shipping status.
• Maintain relationships with 3PLs and stay aware of industry trends.
