Job summary

DP World is seeking an organized and customer-focused Logistics Coordinator to support day-to-day inbound and outbound operations in Commerce, GA. The role requires coordination of multiple priorities and serves as a key connection between customers and operations teams.

You will help ensure orders are processed accurately, inventory levels are maintained, and customer/carrier reporting is completed consistently.

Qualifications

• Customer service background in logistics or planning with ability to build a relationship with the customer and handle problem resolution in timely manner.
• Word, Excel, Outlook knowledge with strong emphasis on Excel (V Look Ups, Pivot Table is a plus) used for tracking and analysis.
• Ability to adapt and work in an ever changing, stress induced changing environment.
• Ability to multiitask effectively

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, escalations, and day-to-day reporting throughout the lifecycle of customer orders
• Build strong working relationships with key customer contacts and understand their daily business requirements
• Coordinate scheduling and planning activities to support inbound and outbound operations
• Process and manage customer orders through internal systems, including EDI feeds and manual order creation
• Ensure orders are picked and processed on time to meet customer expectations and KPI requirements
• Monitor inventory levels and help ensure inventory expectations are maintained
• Complete weekly and monthly customer and carrier performance reports accurately and on time
• Communicate effectively with customers, carriers, operations teams, and other key stakeholders
• Assist with resolving customer concerns and operational issues in a timely manner
• Support additional logistics and operational activities as needed
