You will manage customer accounts, prepare quotes, and coordinate shipments from origin to final delivery with our support systems and networks. Ideal candidates will have experience in freight brokerage, strong communication, and a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Account Management — serve as a day-to-day point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
• Customer Quoting & Follow-Up — prepare and provide accurate quotes and convert opportunities.
• Operations — build shipments and track containers and trucks from origin to final delivery.
• Customer Updates — inform customers of shipment status, delays, and milestones.
