You will manage a logistics team, develop KPI dashboards, and ensure accurate billing, timely deliveries, and compliant processes while aligning with global initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive experience in transportation or logistics.
• 3+ years of people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with logistics partners for NA regions and ensure effective communication.
• Analyze inbound/outbound deliveries and implement cost-saving, compliant solutions.
• Ensure on-time deliveries and optimize flow processes aligned with business goals.
• Develop transportation strategies and support lane-level sourcing with providers.
• Oversee vendor execution against transportation requirements and contract rates.
• Create and monitor KPIs for logistics providers and manage freight billing.
• Lead and train the logistics team and promote adherence to policies.
