Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to manage documentation and coordinate inbound/outbound shipments from our Chicago-area warehouse. You will work with Customer Service to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely parcel preparation.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year shipping/receiving experience, basic clerical skills, and proficiency with MS Office. This on-site role offers growth opportunities in logistics operations.

Formación

• 1+ year of shipping and receiving in a warehouse environment.
• Clerical experience required.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic data entry.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain accurate logistics documentation for inbound/outbound shipments.
• Coordinate and execute customer shipments with small parcel preparation.
• Monitor non-deliveries and escalate issues promptly.
• Communicate shipping schedule changes to logistics and planning teams.
• Perform additional duties to support business operations.
