Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year warehousing or DOT related environment experience.
• Minimum 6 months as a logistics coordinator or related role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and maintain accuracy and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates daily load planning, routing and deliveries with external partners and operations.
• Serves as the key Customer Service Representative and central communication hub.
• Handle escalated customer service questions via telephone and email.
• Track inventory, prepare for shipment and enter workflow information.
