Job summary

Sofidel America of Elwood is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our logistics team. The candidate should be local to the area for a long-term role with growth opportunities in a stable environment.

Responsibilities include FG cycle counts, handling unit management, SAP/E80 reconciliation, FG processes and continuous improvement, and daily FG goods receipts. Must be able to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED; prior experience preferred.
• Must possess basic computer skills.
• Must be able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and quality and procedure manuals.
• Must be able to work 12 hour rotating shifts, days, nights, weekends holidays, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all Finished Goods (FG) cycle counts.
• Address and support E80 system issues and identify improvement opportunities.
• Maintain 401 FG inventory accuracy and drive optimization efforts.
• Assist with Handling Unit (HU) management.
• Support inventory accuracy in SAP & E80 through reconciliation (RECON) checks.
• Assist with all FG processes, procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Track, communicate, and escalate FG material shortages.
• Support staffing needs as required.
• Assist with daily FG Goods Receipts (GRs).
• Work with Leads to manage spills and drive assigned warehouse projects.
