Job summary

Sofidel America is seeking a Finished Goods Warehouse Coordinator to support finished goods activities within converting and warehouse operations. The role requires coordinating daily movement of goods, inventory control, and collaboration with cross-functional teams at the North Las Vegas site.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations or finished goods coordination.
• Experience in a converting/manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with ERP or inventory systems preferred (SAP a plus).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily movement of finished goods from converting to warehouse and shipping areas.
• Monitor finished goods inventory levels and ensure accuracy in inventory systems (SAP).
• Complete inventory transactions and cycle counts.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Support staging, loading, and shipment preparation.
• Collaborate with Production, Logistics, Quality, and Warehouse teams.
• Follow safety, quality, and company procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of all warehouse inventory.
