Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering required.
• 2–5 years’ experience in internal logistics in manufacturing.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel 25–50%.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Logistics teams to optimize internal logistics automation and warehouse efficiency.
• Identify, analyze, and implement improved material flows and automated material handling.
• Coordinate with Planning, Group Logistics, and site teams to manage finished products and external warehouses.
• Support stock counts and automation-related troubleshooting across warehouses.
• Monitor inventory data and automation performance to define corrective action plans.
• Promote a safety-focused culture in logistics automation activities and SOP adherence.
• Apply corporate policies and SOPs while supporting automation improvements.
• Perform other duties to support advanced logistics automation and process optimization.
