The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in logistics, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to safety; you will support the Transport Office Supervisor and collaborate with distribution teams in a stable, long-term role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics and transportation.
• Excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Organize and book transport vehicles to deliver goods cost-effectively and with high service level.
• Match invoices from logistic suppliers to ensure costs are accounted for.
• Support Transport Office Supervisor in assessing carrier service quality.
• Assist corporate departments on distribution logistics topics.
• Manage relevant processes in accordance with group policies and procedures.
• Promote a safety-bound corporate culture.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
