Job summary

Three Saints Bay, LLC seeks a Logistics Coordinator to manage logistics operations, movements, and warehousing tasks for government and commercial clients. The role requires handling DPAS data entry, coordinating equipment and personnel movements, and ensuring timely support for events and site setups.

The ideal candidate will have seven years of logistics management experience on similar contracts, a BS/BA degree, and active certifications (MHE, OSHA, forklift) with a valid US driver's license.

Qualifications

• Minimum seven (7) years of logistics management experience on at least one contract of similar complexity.
• BS/BA degree.
• Valid driver's license from the United States.
• Active MHE certification.
• Active OSHA certification.
• Active forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform all logistics coordination duties including data entry in DPAS, planning movements of equipment and personnel to/from various locations, warehouses, disposal services and lease facilities; manage inventory, issuing, transferring and turn-in activities.
• Drive a government-provided truck as required.
• Assist in set-up and breakdown of event and ceremony sites.
• Respond to customer service requests as detailed by the respective agency.
• Support set-up and breakdown of systems and executive furniture as detailed by the agency.
