Job summary

Data Center Storage & Logistics is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage shipments, inventory and client updates from dock to data hall. You will coordinate inbound/outbound moves, track freight, and prepare required documents while ensuring compliance and timely communication with clients.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in logistics, proficiency with Excel/Outlook/Teams, and experience with Rose Rocket and MacroPoint. This is an on-site role with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years in logistics, freight, warehousing, or supply chain coordination.
• Know shipping documents (BOLs, PODs, packing lists).
• Proficient in Excel, Outlook and Teams.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Schedule inbound/outbound shipments and carrier pickups.
• Track freight in transit and resolve delays or damages.
• Prepare shipping documents and proofs of delivery.
• Turn requests into quotes or orders via inbox/form.
• Build and manage loads in Rose Rocket and track with MacroPoint.
• Verify carriers meet COI and compliance before dispatch.
• Record receipts/releases in TMS with serials and asset tags.
• Communicate shipment status to clients and respond to requests.
• Escalate service issues to Logistics Director with fixes.
• Assist onboarding of new clients and review carrier invoices.
