Job summary

gobravvo is seeking a Logistics Coordinator in Texas to manage domestic and international shipments and oversee customer accounts. You will ensure accurate movement of bulk liquid chemicals, food products, and gases while coordinating with carriers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Minimum two years of customer service experience.
• One to three years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or freight preferred.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong attention to detail and a customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ocean freight and truck transportation shipments.
• Manage customer accounts and deliver exceptional service.
• Resolve shipment-related issues through proactive communication and follow-up.
• Collaborate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Process invoicing and transportation-related charges accurately and timely.
• Monitor shipment status, service levels, and resolve discrepancies as needed.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records and documentation in company systems.
• Identify and recommend opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
