Job summary

Welldone Chemical LLC is seeking a Logistics Coordinator for our Houston-based team. The role focuses on coordinating international and domestic shipments, optimizing costs, and ensuring compliance across North and South America.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in logistics, experience with freight forwarders, brokers, Incoterms, and strong Excel and ERP skills. You will collaborate with Sales, Purchasing, and operations to meet timelines and service levels.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Business or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of professional logistics experience.
Experience coordinating international shipments across North and South America.
Strong knowledge of import/export procedures, tariffs, Incoterms and customs documentation.
Experience with freight forwarders, brokers, carriers, and 3PLs.
Proven ability to manage multiple shipments, meet deadlines, and resolve complex logistics issues.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ERP/logistics management systems.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end domestic and international shipments to customer destinations and distribution centers.
Coordinate ocean, air, and ground transportation with logistics providers and brokers.
Monitor shipment schedules, track deliveries, and resolve delays.
Collaborate with Sales, Purchasing, and operations to align schedules with requirements.
Ensure accurate shipping documentation and regulatory compliance.
