Job summary

Amcor LLC is seeking a Shipping Clerk to manage inbound inquiries, route to the correct department, and handle shipping paperwork such as BOLs and packing slips. The role involves coordinating freight, validating driver and visitor credentials, and maintaining accurate shipment records.

The position requires basic computer skills, strong organization, and the ability to work in extreme temperatures. Prior shipping experience is preferred, and training on JDE/ISRs may be provided.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor inbound CIOs and route to the correct department.
• Process shipping paperwork, including BOLs and packing slips.
• Coordinate LTL, inbound/outbound freight and carrier pickups.
• Check in drivers and visitors with proper identification.
• Operate load tendering and scheduling using Load Managers Tote Board.
• Maintain shipping accuracy and complete orders in JDE.
