Job summary

Amcor Flexibles, LLC is seeking a warehouse clerical associate responsible for data entry of Finish Goods and Ramco receiving programs, plus preparation of shipping documentation and inventory reconciliation.

Responsibilities include cycle counts, packing lists, bills of lading, outbound coordination with Purchasing and Customer Service, and maintaining orderly warehouse conditions. Strong communication, math and basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Good oral and written communications.
• Must have good math skills.
• Hands-on experience using forklifts and material handling equipment.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Strong problem solving, planning and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, distribute and maintain receiving forms, packing lists, bills of lading and export documentation.
• Maintain accurate data entry of finish goods inventory programs and Ramco receiving system for all transactions and adjustments.
• Reconcile inventory system to physical inventories.
• Perform cycle counts for finish goods, raw materials and packaging supplies.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with Purchasing and Customer Service.
