Job summary

Amcor is seeking a warehouse coordinator/lead to monitor daily shift activities, coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, and maintain warehouse organization. The role focuses on safety, ISO/SQF compliance, and cross-department communication to ensure timely material flow.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills, and forklift certification. Training and safety programs are emphasized within Amcor's environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proven decision-making and respectful conduct.
• Must meet all listed responsibilities to perform the job.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong PC and analytical skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Understanding of MEP, JDE, Excel, and in-house software.
• Fork truck certification required.
• Able to work independently in a potentially isolated area.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily warehouse activities by shift and coordinate shipments.
• Inspect trailers for safety and ISO/SQF compliance.
• Maintain warehouse organization and inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate communication between departments to move materials.
• Support training for new hires and oversee first 60 days.
• Load/unload shipments, approve or reject trailers as needed.
• Cover shifts as needed and participate in HR MyDevelopment courses.
