Job summary

Amcor is seeking a warehouse associate to manage shipment and receipt of goods at the Princeton, NJ plant. You will unload, verify, and store inbound materials, and prepare outbound shipments with attention to accuracy and inventory control.

This role requires a High School diploma or GED, basic computer skills, and (preferably) prior warehouse and powered truck experience. Good communication and safety awareness are essential in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Computer skills required.
• Powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• Communication skills, written and verbal.
• Strong problem solving skills and interpersonal communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Receiving - Unload incoming freight.
• Receiving - Ensure accuracy on purchase orders vs packing slips.
• Receiving - Verify materials are damage free and in acceptable condition.
• Receiving - Update computer system (JDE).
• Shipping - Accurately set up outbound materials based on pick slips.
• Shipping - Load outbound trucks and maintain inventory control.
