Job summary

Holman in Pennsauken, NJ is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to coordinate shipments, manage freight movements, and support reverse logistics. The role involves vendor coordination, invoicing for remote warehouses, and proactive delay mitigation to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a college Degree.
• Must have strong computer skills – including a thorough understanding of Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipments for locations with regards to new product, core, and warranty returns.
• Use the freight management system to schedule, track, and coordinate shipments.
• Create and forward all drop ship and special-order purchase orders to vendors.
• Coordinate the receiving process for drop ship orders from Ford and Holman vendors.
• Create invoices on sales orders for Holman remote warehouses and schedule shipment from these locations.
• Coordinate the loss and damage claims process through completion.
• Communicate delays of orders to internal stakeholders.
• Manage listings of delayed/lost/damaged shipments via reporting.
• Proactively identify delays by analyzing data in the freight system and communicate to customers.
• Upload data and maintain validity in the freight system with clear notes.
