Holman in Pennsauken, NJ is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support efficient flow of goods, manage shipments, and coordinate with Ford and Holman vendors. The role emphasizes data accuracy, timely communication, and proactive delay mitigation.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, supply chain, freight or warehouse operations.
• Strong computer skills and proficient in Excel.
• Understanding of WMS and freight management systems.
• College degree preferred; detail-oriented with process discipline.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates shipments for new product, core, and warranty returns.
• Uses freight management system to schedule, track, and coordinate shipments.
• Creates and forwards drop ship and special-order purchase orders to vendors.
• Coordinates receiving for drop ship orders from Ford and Holman vendors.
• Creates invoices on sales orders for Holman remote warehouses and schedules shipments.
• Manages loss/damage claims process and communicates delays to stakeholders.
• Tracks delayed/lost/damaged shipments and reports status weekly.
• Identifies potential delays in shipping and communicates mitigations.
• Maintains freight system notes and data accuracy.
• Coordinates freight for reverse-logistics and freight damages.
