Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day retail logistics, warehouse, transportation, and distribution operations.
• Monitor inventory and resolve supply chain discrepancies.
• Manage store deliveries and logistics partner performance.
• Analyze operational data and KPIs using Excel and other systems.
• Support import logistics, transportation processes, and 3PL volume forecasting.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve service, cost, and operational performance.
• Collaborate with IT, Merchandising, Allocation, Finance, and external logistics partners.

• Bachelor's degree required; Supply Chain, Engineering, Math, Computer Science, or Economics a plus.
• Ability to work on-site in Phillipsburg, NJ, Thursday through Monday.
