CACIQUE Foods, located in Irving, TX, seeks a Director of Supply Chain Strategy & Innovation to lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives and align supply chain strategy with growth goals. This role partners with senior leaders to drive automation, network optimization, and capital projects.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience in supply chain strategy and a track record of influencing at the executive level, with strong skills in financial analysis and business case development.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in supply chain strategy, transformation, consulting, operations, innovation, or related fields.
• Proven track record leading complex cross-functional initiatives and delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Strong strategic planning, financial analysis, and business case development skills.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and stakeholders without direct authority.
• Experience leading commercialization, portfolio management, innovation, or stage-gate processes.
• Exceptional executive communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong change leadership skills with the ability to drive organizational adoption and execution.
• MBA or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise Supply Chain strategy roadmap, aligning initiatives with long-term growth objectives and priorities.
• Drive large-scale transformation programs to improve profitability, service, agility, and overall performance.
• Identify and evaluate strategic opportunities across procurement, manufacturing, logistics, planning, customer service, and technology.
• Oversee governance, portfolio management, and commercialization processes to accelerate growth.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to ensure successful execution of new product launches and strategic initiatives.
• Develop business cases and investment strategies for automation, technology advancement, and network optimization.
• Establish performance metrics, governance processes, and reporting to demonstrate impact.
