Cacique Foods is seeking a Director of Supply Chain Strategy & Innovation in Irving, TX. The role partners with senior leaders to drive enterprise-wide transformation, commercialization, and operational excellence across procurement, manufacturing, logistics, planning, and technology.

The ideal candidate will turn strategy into actionable programs, lead large-scale initiatives, and demonstrate strong financial and analytical skills with executive-level communication.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in supply chain strategy, transformation, consulting, operations, innovation, or related fields.
• Proven track record leading complex cross-functional initiatives and delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Strong strategic planning, financial analysis, and business case development skills.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and stakeholders without direct authority.
• Experience leading commercialization, portfolio management, innovation, or stage-gate processes.
• Exceptional executive communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong change leadership skills with the ability to drive organizational adoption and execution.
• MBA or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise Supply Chain strategy roadmap, aligning initiatives with long-term growth objectives and operational priorities.
• Drive large-scale transformation programs that improve profitability, customer service, agility, and overall supply chain performance.
• Identify and evaluate strategic opportunities across procurement, manufacturing, logistics, planning, customer service, and technology.
• Oversee innovation governance, portfolio management, and commercialization processes to accelerate business growth.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to ensure successful execution of new product launches and strategic initiatives.
• Develop business cases and investment strategies supporting automation, technology advancement, network optimization, and capital projects.
• Establish performance metrics, governance processes, and reporting mechanisms that demonstrate tangible business impact.
