Job summary

Cacique Foods, LLC. is seeking a Warehouse Distribution Clerk to support warehouse and production operations in Amarillo, TX.

You will help manage inventory records and processing of shipping and receiving documents, while coordinating with production and logistics teams to ensure smooth daily operations. The role requires at least a year in a warehouse setting, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to communicate effectively—bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a plant or distribution warehouse environment.
• Bilingual a plus.
• Advanced experience in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages and assigns the pick orders for all shippable products.
• Provides quality customer service including driver check in/departure, product release and document processing.
• Works cross functionally with logistics on shipping schedule.
• Enters purchase requisitions for supplies, as directed by the Warehouse Manager.
• Receiving and confirming the daily logistics plan.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
