NRI is seeking a Logistics Coordinator for Henderson, NV. The role supports the Operations Department with ownership of shipments for pick-ups and deliveries and provides excellent customer service to internal and external parties.

You will assist routing teams across facilities and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key duties include scheduling, labeling, tracking shipments, and maintaining accurate logistics documentation while collaborating with multiple departments to meet client needs and

Formación

• 1+ months of experience as a Logistics Coordinator.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Comfortable learning TMS carrier systems, programs, portals and WMS.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs and endure standing/walking for extended periods.
• Must be bilingual (read/write/speak).

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate shipments with vendors and clients ensuring SLA compliance.
• Create labels, Bills of Lading, schedule shipments and arrange transportation.
• Maintain grid, facility layout and collaborate with Supervisor/Manager on routing.
• Route all 3rd party orders following retailer guidelines.
• Reschedule missed pickups and verify carrier pickups with manifests.
• Investigate training gaps to reduce routing errors and charges.
• Maintain and update TMS portal credentials and retailer routing guides.
• Prepare and file BOLs and ensure correct handling of dangerous goods.
