Qualifications

• Customer service background in logistics or planning with ability to resolve issues quickly.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook; Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot) are a plus.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Strong multitasking capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries, escalations & a large volume of day to day reports through the life cycle of customer orders.
• Build close relationships with Key Account control tower staff and understand their day-to-day requirements.
• Ensure a large number of customer and carrier performance reports are completed weekly/monthly and submitted on time.
• Apply scheduling, planning, and coordination activity to support product inbound and outbound operations.
• Communicate with customers and stakeholders internally and externally.
• Process order setup via internal system including EDI feeds or manual creation.
• Ensure orders are picked and processed timely to meet KPI requirements and maintain inventory levels.
• Other duties as assigned.
