Experience with internal systems and order setup processes.

Responsibilities

Handle customer queries, escalations and daily reports for orders.
Collaborate with Key Account control tower staff to meet day-to-day requirements.
Prepare and submit weekly/monthly customer and carrier performance reports.
Coordinate inbound and outbound operations through scheduling and planning.
Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders internally and externally.
Set up orders in internal systems, including EDI feeds or manual creation.
Ensure timely order processing to meet KPIs and manage inventory levels.
