• Administrative & Office Duties: Answer phones, route calls, match invoices, issue payments, assist accounting.
• Carrier & Documentation: Verify carrier info online, obtain certificates of insurance, update profiles and contact carriers.
• Training & Compliance: Complete ALC system training and follow company standards.
