Job summary

Staff Management | SMX is seeking a Logistics Coordinator in Hialeah, FL for a temporary-to-hire, 1st shift position. The role pays $19–$26 per hour and focuses on order management, estimations, and ensuring customer satisfaction within a safe, clean environment.

Responsibilities include data entry, document control, and effective communication with customers and internal teams. A college degree is preferred, with 2–5 years of relevant metal/hardware experience advantageous.

Qualifications

• Master multitasker with an eye for detail.
• 2-5 years of relevant hollow metal or hardware experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass background and drug tests.

Responsibilities

• Administers manufacturing documents prior to release into production.
• Reviews customer source documents for completeness and correctness.
• Reviews customer source documents against quotation and business rules.
• Data entry of product details into pricing/engineering systems.
• Communicates with customers through the sales/service channels.
• Tracks changes to projects and orders.
