Allen Lund Company is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our Orlando team. You will support Transportation Brokers, Carrier Sales Representatives, and Account Representatives with daily operations, playing a key role in load creation, carrier setup, and shipment tracking.

Responsibilities

• Logistics Coordination & Support: Build loads, set up carriers, update calls, schedule pickups, and track shipments.
• Administrative & Office Duties: Answer phones, file invoices, issue checks, support accounting, and manage office supplies.
• Carrier & Documentation Wizardry: Verify carrier information, ensure proper documents, obtain COIs, and contact lanes.
• Training & Compliance: Complete system training and uphold company standards of Customer, Company, and Office.
