Responsibilities

• Logistics Coordination & Support: Build loads, set up carriers, update calls, schedule pickups and deliveries, and provide tracking information.
• Administrative & Office Duties: Answer phones, match invoices, issue payments, and support accounting.
• Carrier & Documentation Wizardry: Verify carrier information, ensure proper documents, and contact insurers.
• Training & Compliance: Complete system training and uphold company standards.
