Responsibilities

• Logistics Coordination & Support: Build loads, set up carriers, schedule pickup/delivery, update systems.
• Administrative & Office Duties: Answer phones, match invoices, issue checks, support accounting, order supplies.
• Carrier & Documentation Wizardry: Verify carrier information, ensure proper documentation, contact insurers, call references, update profiles.
• Training & Compliance: Complete system training and uphold company standards.
