Job summary

Echo Global Logistics is seeking an entry-level Logistics Coordinator to join our growing company and support our largest transactional accounts. You will focus on managing daily operations and collaborate with internal and external partners to exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities include back-end invoice resolution, document collection, verifying pickups and deliveries, scheduling, and improving efficiency.

Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience in customer service or logistics.
• Strong team player with ability to follow SOPs.
• Detail-oriented, task-focused, and reliable.
• Able to learn Echo's systems and processes.
• Professional and courteous demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Executives and drive operational success for accounts.
• Prioritize daily duties and ad hoc requests.
• Schedule pickup and delivery appointments.
• Assist with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable issues.
• Provide world-class customer service to clients.
• Improve efficiency of the book of business by batching processes.
• Proactively communicate issues to the team.
• Maintain relationships with Echo and carriers.
• Learn Echo's technology to work efficiently.
