Ideal candidates have 2 years in logistics or warehousing and 3 years in customer service with a supply chain focus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, and the schedule runs Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:10 PM.

Qualifications

• Completion of a high school diploma or GED.
• 2 years of experience in logistics coordination, warehousing, and truck dispatching.
• 3 years of experience with customer service support with a focus on supply chain.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with carriers and customers to ensure timely and cost-effective outbound transportation.
• Consolidate purchase orders by region to maximize shipping efficiency and cost savings.
• Learn and become proficient in the basic functions of Deacom ERP system to maintain accurate MRP data.
• Respond to customer inquiries related to purchase orders, shipment status, and other logistics issues.
• Retrieve and organize shipping documents to support chargeback investigations.
• Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
