Job summary

BDP International is seeking an entry-level Logistics/Operations professional to support federal documentation for foreign cargo discharge at domestic ports. The role serves as a liaison among importers, carriers, carriers and U.S.

Customs, handling data entry, invoicing, and coordination with brokers and customers. Responsibilities include acting as primary contact, arranging daily customs clearance, implementing SOPs, and assisting management in communication and task execution.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication and organization skills.
• Attention to detail is required.
• Teamwork is strongly desired.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
• Knowledge of customs clearance procedures is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as focal point of contact for existing and new customers
• Daily arrangement of customs clearance, and monitor the customs brokers daily procedure & reports
• Implement SOP perfectly to meets customer specific requirement
• Working with Coordinator/Documentation in terms of System data entry and checking
• Invoice preparing, cost checking and presenting, job checking and closing
• Support manager to meet with customer for better communication, efficient cooperation, or removing the misunderstanding, etc.
• Complete other related jobs assigned by the team leader
