Responsibilities

• Act as focal point of contact for existing and new customers.
• Daily arrangement of customs clearance and monitor broker procedures.
• Ensure SOPs meet customer requirements.
• Data entry and verification with documentation teams.
• Prepare invoices, review costs, and assist with job closing.
• Support management in customer communications and issue resolution.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned by team leader.
