This role coordinates inbound and outbound shipments, manages transportation activities, and supports warehouse and production teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The position is based in Boardman, OH and follows a Monday–Friday schedule with some overtime, offering a contract-to-hire opportunity after approximately 90 days.

This role is based in Boardman, OH and operates in a combined office and manufacturing environment. Typical shifts run Monday through Friday from either 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., or 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with some overtime as needed to meet production and shipping demands. You work closely with warehouse operations, shipping and receiving teams, and production personnel in an industrial setting that handles standard and oversized loads. The position relies on Microsoft Office applications, ERP systems, and logistics management tools for planning, documentation, and communication. The environment is fast-paced and safety-conscious, with frequent interaction on the loading dock, in storage areas, and in office spaces to coordinate freight, inventory, and documentation.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Youngstown, OH.
The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $65000.00/hr.
