Job summary

Pacific Advisory Service is seeking a reliable Air Import Coordinator to join our transportation and logistics team in Illinois. The role welcomes candidates motivated to learn the logistics business and develop skills in international transportation, with a preference for prior air import exposure but not required.

You will support day-to-day air import operations, process import documents, and communicate shipment status to customers, while building documentation and billing familiarity.

Qualifications

• Previous air import experience in air import, freight forwarding, logistics, or related field preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Japanese and English bilingual skills preferred; English-only candidates are welcome.
• Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.

Responsibilities
