Job summary

The Fountain Group in Illinois is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage international shipments, export compliance, and cross-border logistics. This hybrid role requires three days in office and two days remote, with a Mon-Fri 9am-5pm schedule and potential overtime.

You will work with EAR/ITAR/FTR, USMCA, and C-TPAT regulations, use ACE/AESDirect and Oracle ERP, and support compliant movement of goods across borders. Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years experience are required; pay is $23-25/hr.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in global trade compliance, export operations, or international logistics.
• Knowledge of EAR, ITAR, FTR, USMCA, and C-TPAT regulations.
• Experience with ACE/AESDirect, Oracle ERP, and Global Trade Management systems is a plus.

Job Details:

• Pay: $23-25/hrto Start
• 12+ month position,potential for extension based on performance and budget
• Hybrid Position: 3 days in office location, 2 days in home office
• Work Schedule: Mon-Fri 9am to 5 pm (Flexible hours, some OT may be required)
