The Logistics Coordinator would have the following responsibilities:

• Responsible for tracking of loads, drivers, and trucks from loading to delivery across the United States to meet customer needs and expectations
• Arrange carrier load coverage for shipments
• Schedule and manage pickup and delivery appointment timesReview purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy
• Communicate with customers via email, web, and phone on tracking and other requests
• Build loads using computer software systems
• Work in a team environment, with experienced professionals, all striving towards common goals
• Build relationships with customers and carriers
• Ensure that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards
• Additional responsibilities and growing assignments over time
