Responsabilités

• Track loads, drivers, and trucks from loading to delivery across the United States to meet customer needs.
• Arrange carrier load coverage for shipments.
• Schedule and manage pickup and delivery appointment times; review purchasing orders and shipping documents for accuracy.
• Communicate with customers via email, web, and phone on tracking and requests.
• Build loads using computer software systems.
• Collaborate in a team environment with experienced professionals.
