INTERNATIONAL FRONTIER FORWARDERS INC in Humble, TX is seeking a Transportation Coordinator/Dispatcher to manage trucking communications, post loads, and maintain accurate shipment data across our platforms.

Responsibilities include coordinating export cargo, negotiating rates with carriers, giving clear pickup and delivery instructions, tracking pickups and deliveries, and resolving delays to ensure on-time service for clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in transportation, logistics, dispatching, or freight brokerage.
• Knowledge of load boards.
• Understanding cargo measurements (weight, dimensions).
• Ability to negotiate rates with carriers.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
• Comfortable using online transportation platforms.
