Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper in Moore, SC is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to oversee the daily movement of raw materials and finished goods, ensuring accuracy, safety, and timeliness in a fast-paced warehouse. You’ll work cross-functionally and contribute to continuous improvement and team development.

You will coordinate workloads across shifts, optimize dock schedules, manage inbound/outbound shipments, perform inventory audits, and partner with Quality on containment and release

Qualifications

• 6+ months of leadership experience (preferred).
• Experience with SAP or WMS systems (required).
• Prior experience in inventory control and/or shipping (required).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate team workloads and daily priorities across shifts.
• Optimize dock schedules with Logistics Specialists and provide coverage as needed.
• Manage inbound and outbound shipments for raw materials and finished goods.
• Perform inventory audits and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with Inventory Control.
• Partner with Quality on non‑conforming material containment and release processes.
• Communicate shipment updates across teams and shifts.
• Generate reports using SAP, MES, Excel, Ryder, and Dock Scheduler.
• Lead Safety and Quality Gembas, 5S audits, and document improvement opportunities.
• Maintain standard work documentation and team training matrices.
• Operate powered industrial trucks (PIT) as needed to support operations.
• Coach and train team members; elevate issues to leadership when necessary.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, including RCCA and 5S events.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• 6+ months of leadership experience (preferred)
• Experience with SAP or WMS systems (required)
• Prior experience in inventory control and/or shipping (required)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask, manage stress, and work independently
• Working knowledge of warehouse operations and shipping practices
• Physical ability to walk/stand for up to 12.5 hours per shift
• Experience operating PIT equipment (required)
• Continuous improvement experience (5S, value stream analysis) is a plus
• Positive attitude, high attention to detail, and excellent time management
