Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. is hiring an Inventory Coordinator in Los Angeles, CA to record, track and manage inventory across finished goods and raw materials. The role serves as the main contact for stock availability and coordinates with plants and central planning to resolve issues and avoid stockouts.

The position is full-time on the 1st shift (Sunday–Thursday, 3:00am–11:30am). Candidates must perform physical inventories, use RF scanners, SAP, and MS Office, and meet routine SOX and safety

Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience in supply planning or inventory control
  • 2 years of experience using RF Technology
  • 2 years of experience SAP or similar Warehouse Management System
  • 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds as needed

Responsibilities

  • Conduct physical inventory of full goods using RF scanner and input data into spreadsheets and SAP.
  • Perform age inventory to ensure proper production rotation.
  • Administer cycle count procedures; research discrepancies and respond to questions from customers.
  • Issue production/warehouse inventory breakage and track usage; post inventory without discrepancies.
  • Handle period-ending inventory accounting to resolve plant operations issues.
  • Prepare, maintain and distribute inventory reports.
  • Run production labels.
  • Ensure SOX compliance with inventory checklists.
  • Support warehouse operations, including forklift oversight.

Inventory Coordinator (Los Angeles, CA)

The Inventory Coordinator is accountable for recording and tracking inventories of materials, supplies, and finished product. Main point of contact for finished goods purchasing and order tracking. Coordinates relationships with plants to facilitate elimination out of stocks and overstocks. Communicate to Demand Planning, any service issues related to stock availability, and coordinate resolution, involving central planning.

Shift & Schedule

This is a full time position on 1st shift working Sunday-Thursday from 3:00am to 11:30am. Flexibility to work overtime, weekends and holidays as scheduled is required.

Position Responsibilities
  • Conduct a physical inventory of Full Goods using an RF handheld scanning equipment and a physical inventory of Raw Materials and Concentrates, keying in inventories into spreadsheets and SAP.
  • Perform an Age Inventory of product in warehouse to ensure proper production rotation.
  • Ensure proper administration of all cycle count procedures and processes; research outstanding issues related to inventory reconciliation; reconcile any inventory discrepancies and handle any follow up questions from customers.
  • Issue out any production /warehouse inventory breakage and any employee product usage and post full goods inventory without discrepancies.
  • Handle period ending inventory accounting duties to resolve issues related to Plant Operations.
  • Prepare, maintain and distribute reports related to inventory.
  • Run production labels.
  • Ensure SOX compliance following the SOX checklists related to inventory
  • May also need to support warehouse operations, including shift based oversight for forklift operators
