Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Worker Lead at the Knoxville facility (3109 Plant Water Rd, Knoxville, TN 37914). You will run reports, oversee releasable orders in the Order Management system, and coordinate inventory accuracy across 3PL and internal units.

The role requires SAP experience, inventory control, strong communication, and Lean process familiarity. You will participate in daily huddles, support continuous improvement, and ensure safe, accurate material flow.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience using SAP in a manufacturing or inventory environment.
• 2+ years of inventory management, including cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, and resolving inventory discrepancies.
• Experience identifying and correcting inventory variances to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Strong math and computer skills (Microsoft suite).
• Prior experience with continuous process improvement and Lean tools (value stream analysis, 5S).

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries from Order Management dealing with demand for the IBU.
• Respond to notifications for order modification.
• Enter unit transfers will be used to replenish the 3PL and other business unit requirements.
• Systematically forward production output to the appropriate IBU.
• Reconcile all orders that have been released to ship at each IBU in system.
• Reconcile all MSR's that are open for shipment to other IBU's.
• Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives being done around best practices.
• Support teams with collaborative plans to improve the flow of materials.
• Participate in testing process for system updates and upgrades.
• Participate in daily huddles, communicate trends and training issues and improvements.
• Daily interaction with employees/Supervisors .
• Some weekend/off-shift work may be required; End of Period and End of Quarter.
• Responsibility to report food safety, quality and regulatory compliance to plant or division personnel with authority to initiate action.
• Performs other duties as requested by management.

Job Overview

Location: 3109 Plant Water Road, Knoxville,Tennessee,37914

Shift & Schedule: D1 schedules available:

• Days 1 Shift | Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday alternating Thursday 6:00AM - 6:15PM

Overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed

As a Warehouse Worker Lead you will run the necessary reports to properly account for the releasable orders in the Order Management system. You will provide technical expertise and timely processing of all transactions and team interaction as it pertains to Inventory Accuracy. Distribution Center shipping to all points will flow through and be monitored by this position. All open orders and Inter-Company transfers for each day are to be reconciled for the output of the manufacturing operation IBU's. Provides communication, direction and proactive attention to the inventory accuracy processes and provides support and guidance to the system end users. All interactions with fellow team members are to be aligned with the work performed on soft skills, team building, communication, feedback and resolution as it pertains to the site.

Total Rewards

• Starting pay: $26.57 per hour. Pay increases to $27.99 per hour in the quarter after their 6-month anniversary.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of all plant operations, work regions and the processes that support them.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong math and computer skills (Microsoft suite).
• Strong presentation skills - present in front of 50-100 people.
• Strong analytical skills. Experience with graphs, charts, manipulate data.
• Previous work with continuous process improvement and Lean tools preferred (value stream analysis, 5S).

Physical Requirement

• Ability to lift 30 pounds on a regular basis and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to constantly lift, bend, stretch and stand during entire shift
