Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for the 1st shift in Sumner, WA to lead the Logistics and Shipping & Receiving teams at our manufacturing facility.

This role emphasizes safe, efficient, and lean operations, driving continuous improvement with Kaizen, TPM, and 5S, while coordinating with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Planning and Safety. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field plus 3+ years of warehouse leadership and MHE experience

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma techniques.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse management, inventory, delivery, or operations within a warehouse environment.
  • Minimum 3 years of leadership experience supervising frontline employees and presenting to regional/local leadership teams.
  • Experience with Material Handling Equipment (MHE), warehouse capacity planning, loading, delivery principles, FIFO, and logistics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Ensure effective collaboration between Logistics and cross-functional departments including Production, Quality, Maintenance, Planning, HR, Finance, and Safety.
  • Manage schedules, payroll time edits, and key performance indicators (KPIs); generate timely reports for leadership.
  • Drive associate engagement and accountability by promoting fair, consistent performance management practices.
  • Conduct daily facility checks (e.g., safety equipment, dock doors, forklifts, cleanliness).
  • Provide leadership coverage for logistics staff during absences as needed.

Shift & Schedule

This is a full-time position on our 1st shift, working 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday-Friday. Flexibility to provide additional coverage outside of scheduled hours, including weekends and holidays, may be required as needed.


The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for leading the safe, efficient, and lean operations of the Logistics and Shipping & Receiving functions at the Keurig Dr Pepper manufacturing facility. This role oversees inbound and outbound logistics related to finished goods, raw materials, and packaging. The Supervisor will directly manage a team of Logistics Specialists and Shipping & Receiving Clerks while driving continuous improvement and a strong safety culture.


Key Responsibilities


  • Supervise Inventory Control and Shipping & Receiving teams; develop and implement standard work processes.

Total Rewards


  • Targeted annual compensation range of $80,000–$90,000.

  • This is a salaried, exempt position paid biweekly. Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.
